Biography

Fresh out of the desert; ZombieShakerBox brings an infectious blend of heavy and honest metal to the table. Their heavy 90s sound feels like Alice in Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, White Zombie. Featuring a lineup of music veterans from across the country, and the globe which leads to their polished high octane stage shows.
The band is formed by singer/songwriter Kirk Hulshoff, who along with guitarist co-writer Chris Poindexter, has been writing together since the early age of 17. They’ve been writing together for over 25 years, and since have collaborated with such great artists as Doug Aldrich (White Snake, Ronnie James Dio, Dead Daisies), drummer Lez Warner former the Cult, bassist Dan Mcnay from Great White, and guitarist Dylan Dice (DirtyParadice). In addition, ZombieShakerBox has had the privilege of working with some amazing engineers like Anthony Focx (LA Guns, Buckcherry, Foreigner), Bjorn Thorsrud (White Snake, Smashing Pumpkins), and Mike Milchner (Zombie Shaker Box Encrypted, Agent
Orange), Luis Pacheo (Hideout Studio for Five Finger Death Punch, Disturbed). 

ZombieShakerBox is the Duel in the Desert Battle of the Band winners 2009.

Vegas Rock’s! Magazine Award winners for “The Best Metal Band” in Vegas 2010.
